Once we solidify our collaboration through a written agreement that outlines the project’s terms and expectations. A $1,500 retainer will be collected to secure our services and reserve a spot on our calendar. This retainer will be credited back to the project on the final invoice.

You will provide us with your inspiration, design specifications, budget considerations, desired timeline, and requirements to shape your project. We will collaborate with you to ensure all of your preferences are reflected.

Get ready to see your project take shape! We will present you with CAD renderings (photorealistic images are available for an additional cost) and curated material samples. We offer up to two revisions to maintain the integrity of the design and ensure timely execution. Our dedication is to advocate your vision, ensuring that every aspect is completed with precision and quality.
